Keeping in the same sport (you now know I love bowling!), I’d like to share a video about bowling trick shots from Dude Perfect people. They made excellent videos and I’m sure you will love this too.
There are some ideas on how to increase sports performance and I’m about to share his thoughts I read from Robin Sharma, one of the best seller writers motivational books. This is an extract of one of their articles.
Here you are two terrific videos about Keylor Navas. To me, one of the best goalkeepers in the world. He is from Costa Rica, and at this moment, he plays with one of the best soccer teams in the world: the Real Madrid.
You can watch two videos, one, the best goal saves in the actual season with Real Madrid, and the other one, the best saves with Costa Rican national soccer team.
The next article is an extract from Novak Djokovic at Wikipedia, you can find so much more information there and probably more updated, but I’m adding some more information as the big news that 2015 is so far, the best year of his career.
Also, I’m embedding a video with his best plays. I hope you like it.

He won the FIFA World Player of the Year award in 2004 and 2005. He is regarded to be one of the best players of his generation.
A few weeks ago I watch a Video on Dr Oz show, it was an interview of Caroline Wozniacki and her perseverance.
I really enjoyed it and I want to share it with you. You can access the video through the next link, I couldn’t post a frame because it’s not available, so you must go to the site to watch it:
